INTERPAT is delighted to join World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO and IFPMA in a new partnership supporting the Intellectual Property Management Clinic (IPMC) Programme.
For health tech, MedTech and biotech SMEs, intellectual property is not only a legal asset. IP is an integral part of the life science innovation ecosystem to create locally and compete globally. The right strategy will help unlock investment, business development, partnerships, scale-up and the route from research to world-wide health impact.
Through this collaboration, WIPO brings the IPMC methodology, tools and mentoring framework; IFPMA brings its membership of national associations; and INTERPAT will contribute experience, expertise and our extensive network from global IP leaders.
We look forward to working with WIPO and IFPMA as the first country clinics and national-association expression-of-interest process move ahead. Many thanks to Daren Tang and David Reddy for their shared passion in this new chapter of collaboration.
